Katie joined the Diversity South team in 2021 after 6 years with National Australia Bank, supporting several business units as a HR Generalist. Katie has a passion for diversity and inclusion, health and wellbeing and led several programs for the NAB Business Bank. Katie is a certified Australian Human Resources Institute HR practitioner and has over 20 years of HR experience across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, employee benefits, training and development.
Having only moved from Sydney to Mandurah in 2021, Katie to likes to spend the weekends exploring this amazing state with her husband, son and dog. She enjoys yoga, loves live music and cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
